1. Imports to Indonesia - FHL data now required

Airlines have recently announced the requirement to receive FHL data from forwarders for consolidations destined to Indonesia. This is in preparation for new requirements for airline reporting at house waybill level. CCN has communicated these changes to industry software suppliers, for these changes to be incorporated into their systems.

If you have any questions in relation to this, please contact your software supplier, or contact us at CCN.

2. Ensure you have a booking before sending your FHL's

Some airline systems require a booking to be present before their system can receive the FHL message. So to ensure your FHL data is successfully processed, please ensure you always have a booking with the airline prior to sending your FHL. And what better way to make your booking than electronically! eBooking facilities on www.ccnhub.com.au allow you to quickly and easily send your bookings through to the airlines.

Please contact us if you would like any additional information on eBookings.

3. FMA responses for FWB's - AaE

AaE are now returning FMA messages for FWB's received. These important messages will inform you that your FWB message has been successfully processed by the AaE system, ensuring a more efficient export process. The FMA's are returned to your host system, as well as being displayed on your Gateway Report at www.ccnhub.com.au.

For further information on reviewing your FMA's, please contact your software supplier or contact us at CCN.

4. New Online Helpdesk facility at CCN

We have recently launched a new facility for customers to log their support requests on-line. This facility enables our customers to raise enquiries 24/7, for follow-up by our eBusiness specialists.

The service can be accessed at www.ccnhub.com.au/support. Please contact us at info@ccnhub.com.au to arrange your access.

You may also care to check out our FAQ area, at www.ccnhub.com.au/faq. This facility shows some of the common message errors and how to correct these and re-submit your data.

5. Keep checking your FMA's

Another reminder to keep checking your system or the Gateway Report on www.ccnhub.com.au for the FMA response messages for your FWB's and FHL's. It is most important that forwarders do check that their message have been successfully delivered.

If you have any questions in relation to FMA's, please contact your software system provider or contact us at CCN.

6. Status Updates via Email

A number of forwarders have elected to receive automatic status updates (FSU's) via email to keep aware of the status of their cargo.

In addition to your status messages being sent direct to your host system, we also offer a service where we can email select status messages to you as these are received from airlines and CTO's. Please contact us for more information.
